Standard Open Tipe Sets
Engine and alternator is coupled and mounted onto base tank via SABS approved anti vibration mountings. The diesel tank is manufactured of 4 and 3mm folded sheet metal, welded and pressure tested.
Control panels are manufactured of 1,6mm folded sheet metal and powder coated. Generator controllers commonly of the Deep Sea type is used for either manual start, AMF and synchronizing of multiple sets. All open type sets will be equipped with a centre lifting eye bracket.
Equipment on AMF sets
• 6120 Deep Sea controller
• Emergency stop button and audible alarm
• Main and gen cb’s with change over contactors or motorized Cb’s
• 102A/H maintenance free battery with Deep Sea charger
• Control cb’s, slave relays and engine wiring terminals
• Set busbar terminals for load connection
• Positive, negative and neutral terminal strips

Panel is equipped with a Deep Sea 6120 AMF controller and Schneider Motorized change over circuit breakers. All equipment in control panel are properly labled for easy operation and fault finding. Equipment used in our panels are ABB, Schneider,CBI, Socomec, and Mce. Other products can be used on customers’ requirements.
