Off Grid
Off grid systems are for customers that has got no electrical supply, or for those who needs to be completely or partly independent from the power utility provider. By designing off grid we need detailed information on loads and equipment and the day / night operation to be able to calculate the kw/h usage per day, or the highest electricity bill throughout the year, for correct sizing of the inverter, right amount of PV panels and battery sizing. Batteries used are lead acid 2v cell’s, Lithium iron or 12v AGM. To make sure not to run out of power in the evenings or overcast days, a generator can be added that will automatically start when batteries begin to run below preset drained voltage.
